1.3. HighLevel Platform: We utilize the HighLevel platform to build, support, and deliver our marketing automation and CRM systems. When using features integrated from HighLevel, their terms and policies also apply.
2.1. To use Simple Sales CRM/Simple Sales Systems, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information during registration and to maintain the security of your login credentials.
2.2. You are responsible for all activity on your account and for maintaining confidentiality.
3.1. You agree to use the services provided by iDigiteyez, including Simple Sales CRM and Simple Sales Systems, in compliance with all applicable laws and these Terms.
3.2. Unauthorised uses, including reverse-engineering, modifying, or misusing our services or content, are prohibited.

4.1. Subscription Fees: Simple Sales CRM/Simple Sales Systems operates on a subscription basis. You agree to pay the fees as outlined in your plan, which may include monthly or annual charges.
4.2. Additional Services: We offer add-on services, including consultation, technical setup, and custom implementations, which may be billed separately.
4.3. Usage feature fees: Usage fees are applicable when using HighLevels marketing and AI features, which includes: SMS, Email, AI Automations, and additional add on features.
4.4. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
5.1. Prohibited Content: You agree not to use our services to upload or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, offensive, or infringes on the rights of others.
5.2. Compliance: You are responsible for complying with all applicable data protection and privacy regulations when using the CRM for customer data.
6.1. All content, software, trademarks, and branding remain the property of iDigiteyez, Simple Sales CRM/Simple Sales Systems, and HighLevel, where applicable.
6.2. Users are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the services as intended.
7.1. iDigiteyez’s Simple Sales CRM/Simple Sales Systems uses the HighLevel platform as the foundation for delivering our CRM services. HighLevel’s functionalities, policies, and limitations apply to all services delivered through Simple Sales CRM/Simple Sales Systems.
7.2. We may provide integrations or links to third-party services, but we do not endorse, nor are we responsible for, third-party content or performance.
8.1. Data Collection: We collect data to deliver and improve our services. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information on data handling and your rights.
8.2. HighLevel Data Processing: By using Simple Sales CRM/Simple Sales Systems, you understand that HighLevel may process data as required to fulfill its platform services.
9.1. iDigiteyez and Simple Sales CRM/Simple Sales Systems are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services. Our liability is limited to the extent permissible by law and only to the amount paid by you for the service.
10.1. We may suspend or terminate your access to our services if you violate these Terms, for any reason, or if we deem it necessary to protect the integrity of our services.
10.2. You may terminate your account at any time by following the procedures outlined in your account settings.
